Your website doesn't look quite the way it should. Why?

Chances are you are using a browser we haven't tested it on. The website is configured for and tested on Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8, Mozilla Firefox and Apple's Safari. If you are using a browser other than these that might be the problem. Also, check you have Javascript enabled and the latest version of Flash installed - if you aren't sure what these products are, head to the Contact Us page and contact the Webmaster. We'll be more than happy to help.

I left a message on your answer machine but you haven't got back to me. Why not?

Technology isn't perfect... yet. If it's a weekday and we haven't got back to within 24 hours the message may well have been corrupted in some way. Please call us again and, if necessary, leave another message. Also try sending us an E-mail. We aren't ignoring you, honest!
